Ingredients
- 1 cup Gochugaru
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce (use good brand like Red Boat or 3 Crabs)

Instructions

Mix cold water and starch in a sauce pan, set stove top on medium heat or lower, keep stirring until roux is form. Set aside
7 minutes -
Add all ingredient in a blender, including roux. Start slow, until paste is formed.
